Michlelet Esther seeks a select student who began her journey towards a Torah-based lifestyle, while still in high school and wishes to use her Israel Seminary experience to cement her commitment to that lifestyle. At Michlelet Esther she will discover the rationale and reasons for her Torah values that will inspire her to pass on her love for Torah to her children and the Jewish people.

Our student body is comprised of a colorful spectrum of high school graduates from diverse backgrounds. Many of our students are from non religious homes who have been inspired to become more observant by NCSY and other kiruv origanizations. Others are from modern orthodox to orthodox backgrounds. This heterogenous group makes Michlelet Esther experience very unique. Searching for answers, challenging beliefs, and discovering a new dimension in Torah are just some of the issues that our teachers and staff encounter with Michlelet Esther students. The classroom is a venue for open and frank discussion.

Michlelet Esther faculty is led by world-renowned lecturers in the field of Jewish education, many of whom who have authored key works that have inspired women to build a solid Jewish home and a family that is dedicated to Torah ideals.

The co- principals of Michlelet Esther are Rabbi Boruch Smith and Rabbi Ari Winter. Both have extensive backgrounds in Jewish education and in women's education in particular. They travel to the United States and Canada to meet with potential students and their parents.
